A number of our coaches are qualified The Myers-Briggs assessment practitioners. It is the world’s most trusted personality assessment – reliable, valid and backed by ongoing global research. MBTI is insightful and thought provoking. It has a number of different applications but essentially deepens peoples understanding of their personality type and the impact our style can have on others.
The EQ-i instrument was developed, and is used, to assess the presence and degree of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence, or EQ, is the ability to monitor one’s own and others’ feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them, and to use this information to guide one’s thinking and actions. The EQ-i is a valued tool extensively as it identifies and raises awareness of an individual’s EQ-related abilities and a number of our coaches are qualified EQ –i practitioners.
In our experience properly constructed 360 feedback conducted by an external facilitator can have a very positive impact on both the individual receiving the feedback and also the employees providing the feedback. It can promote long term employee loyalty as people feel valued and believe that their opinion matters.
