Our services include:  1:1 coaching, coach training (either “in house” or via our open programme) supporting organisations to build a coaching culture and the supervision of coaches.

The services we provide are not just of the highest quality, but are right for our customers. We deliver the best client experience possible by fully understanding the client’s needs before making recommendations or embarking on a piece of work.

Good self awareness is fundamental to being a great coach. The starting point is to fully understand and be aware of our own style, preferences and personal attributes so that as coaches we can be fully aware of and entirely focused on the needs of the client.
