17 Mar “I feel Renewed!” : Reflections from Jo Thomas on our CPD Day

“Renew” – The Edinburgh Coaching Academy CPD day provided me with the opportunity to take a bit of time back for myself ……….and when you are self employed that’s not always easy to do!

I can quite honestly say it was worth the investment.

The day provided me with the opportunity to meet and learn from others in a relaxed, convivial environment.

The speakers were knowledgeable, engaging and at times very…very funny! I took away ideas and information that will help me personally stay “fit-for-purpose” and also concepts and exercises that I will incorporate into my practice.

I also benefited from the peer learning, hearing how others are facing and working through many of the same challenges. It was interesting listening to differing perspectives and participating in stimulating discussions.

Research shows that the key to improving your practice is “high quality professional development” and now I understand why.

Thank you so much ECA, it was a great day! I feel renewed!
