25 Jan Our Pilot Adventures in Belfast: Certificate in Coaching Supervision
We are about to complete the Pilot Programme for our Certificate in Coaching Supervision (ILM 7) in Belfast. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to run this with MindWise as our host, and the first cohort of participants have been a joy to work with and learn from.
Anne Doherty, the Deputy Chief Executive of MindWise had this to say :
As a Life, Executive and Mental Health and Well-being Coach working in the Health Care sector for many years, I undertook ILM 7 Certificate in Coach supervision as a key personal challenge to support me with my CPD. I am delighted that the challenge is indeed a challenge – my practice, tools, techniques and methodologies are all being challenged and subsequently enhanced through the programme. With the support of the other participants and tutors alike, I have no doubt that personally, professionally and psychologically, this program is indeed supporting my CPD and in many ways changing my life! I would recommend the program for Coaches who really want to drive forward good governance systems in the Coaching arena and ultimately to ensure, through our coaching we are creating systemic change’.
To find out more about this programme, please do join us for our CPD Day on 15th March, where Coach Development, Coach Supervision and Mindfulness will be discussed and explored in a friendly shared learning environment.
Coming Soon : Information on our first Scottish Certificate in Coaching Supervision (ILM 7) – Dates to be confirmed for Autumn 2017. Please contact us if you would like to find out more.
