Alison is a skilled coach and people developer with over 25 years experience working in private sector organisations, (retail and professional partnership). She works extensively with senior managers and directors, supporting them in developing themselves and others.

Alison qualified as a coach at Henley Business School, she has an MSc People and Organisational Development  and is a qualified  TA (Transactional Analysis) practitioner. She is also licensed to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs type personality questionnaire and BarOn EQi
