Alison is highly experienced facilitator, coach and development practitioner. Her background is in learning and development, particularly specialising in leadership development. She has worked with leaders at all levels of seniority as well as supporting leaders undergoing significant change.
Alison has experience in working with a range of clients across the private, public and third sector supporting the development of their people in order to enable them to deliver on the Organisational goals.
Alison is an accreditated Coach and Mentor with the CIPD and CMI. Alison utilises a range of coaching and mentoring methods and tools e.g. 360, MBTI, Strengths Profiling to support her passion and desire to develop others to be the best that they can be.
