DIANE PEEBLES

Diane is a highly experienced facilitator, coach and people development specialist. Her background encompasses both HR and more specialised learning and development, working particularly with senior managers and leaders undergoing significant change across all sectors.

Diane takes a pragmatic approach to her coaching, believing that building excellent relationships is key to helping people to address difficult issues requiring a change of approach and mindset. She has a keen interest in the psychology of coaching, having studied this with the AOEC, and continues to develop her skills and expertise in this area, believing that strengths-based approaches and positive psychology can lead to significant shifts in thinking which can be transformational.

She is one of the founder leaders of the Edinburgh Napier University Masters in Coaching programme, where she also delivers coaching and leadership inputs to other masters-level leadership programmes.

Accredited to use the EQi-2 and MBTI, as well as many 360 tools, Diane specialises in building self-awareness and building influence, impact and productive work relationships through her executive coaching programmes.
