Coaching is now seen as a core skill for HR and associated teams. Role modelling a coaching approach, and being able to demonstrate to managers the benefits of coaching are becoming more important in helping organisations make cultural shifts. We have already provided training in Coaching Skills for a number of HR teams, who have seen major benefits to undertaking such training as a team. As all our in-house programmes are bespoke, we have been able to build in sessions looking at how the HR team seeks to introduce and support coaching within their organisations, alongside building their own skill and capability in this area. In-house training for the HR team can also include ILM qualifications at levels 5 or 7 in Coaching and Mentoring.
