This 5 day programme is for experienced coaches who wish to become coaching supervisors – you could be a senior leader, Consultant or Head of Service with coaching and mentoring as a key part of your function (for example, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development).
Each participant is invited to understand themselves fully as a coach and to explore what this means for their supervisory style and approach. Becoming a coach supervisor has the added benefit of enhancing and stretching your coaching practice.
To enable you to make the most of what the course offers, we ensure that your personal learning goals and context is discussed with one of our qualified and experienced tutors before you embark on the programme.
Qualification: ILM 7 – Certificate in Coaching Supervisors.
